I’ve spent my entire career measuring, studying, and advising leaders on how to increase workplace happiness. For 20+ years I helped organizations conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys. Today, I do similar work but we refer to the assessment as an Employee Engagement Survey.
Strides to improve happiness across the globe can only be made after we quantify the happiness/unhappiness there is across the globe.

If so, do something to improve the happiness of another person in your community. For example, donate money💰, volunteer💁🏽, or reach out 🦾to someone who is in need.
I cannot sugar-coat the harsh facts laid our in this book. The statistics noted in “Blind Spot: The Global Rise of Unhappiness and How Leaders Missed It” are disheartening. However, we must remember that each of us can positively impact the lives of others.
“Blind Spot” is a rallying call to do just that.
