Do what Fortune 500 companies do!

What can small and medium sized businesses learn from the โ€œbig dogsโ€ ๐Ÿถ ? To put it simply: focus on your employeesโ€™ talents and strengths. See why and how below. โฌ‡

Itโ€™s easy to dismiss some Fortune 500 practices as impractical or out of reach since their enormous revenue makes almost anything possible. (The revenue cutoff in 2022 for the Fortune 500 list was $6.4 billion.) Clearly these organizations can afford โ€œspecialโ€ perks like free food ๐Ÿ˜‹ , fancy offices ๐Ÿ› , fantastic benefits ๐Ÿ– , and competitive compensation ๐Ÿ’ฐ.

But guess what? Learning the strengths of your employees and then focusing on those strengths is not going to break the bank or require a new HR team to oversee.
