Giving and Getting Feedback

What’s harder? Giving or getting feedback? The vast majority of trueU’s “trueU Tuesday” attendees said GIVING feedback is tougher. Why? It’s emotionally charged, it can disrupt the status quo, and it can reveal blind spots.

Have a game plan BEFORE you give feedback! It makes all the difference!
